I just sat and stared at this gif set for like five minutes. After months of imagining and hoping, it’s just so.. difficult to wrap my head around the fact that Spitfire is finally real.. and they’re so happy in love.. 

I know it sounds cheesy, but I guess it’s the same feeling you get when you’re sitting in your cap and gown, waiting for your name to be called so you can walk across the stage to get your diploma. When something you’ve wanted that badly—something that has consumed your thoughts for so long—finally happens…. reality takes a while to set in. You literally can’t believe it. And then you realize.. everything was so worth it :)

I know everyone is all giddy about the Spitfire kiss. But honestly? This right here was my favourite moment of them in the finale. The way they both shouted “Holding!” at the same time (unless I heard that wrong). And the way he looks at her. So protective and concerned. I just feel that right then and there it just hits him and finally realises how much he truly cares about her, how he truly feels about her. Just so askjsqiuygkdyztaki. Beautiful.

At least that’s how I see it.
